Mosley apologises, denies ‘Nazi’ sex orgy

Max Mosley has apologised for his involvement in the sex scandal that broke this week, but vows to retain his role as FIA president.
In a letter to members and affiliates of the Paris based global motoring body, and obtained by the media, the 67-year-old Briton claims to have been the victim of a two-week illegal “covert investigation” into his private life.
The English tabloid News of the World on Sunday revealed video evidence of Mosley cavorting with five prostitutes in an apparent Nazi-themed orgy.
“Not content with publicising highly personal and private activities, which are, to say the least, embarrassing, (the newspaper) published the story with the claim that there was some sort of Nazi connotation to the matter. This is entirely false,” he wrote.
Mosley said he will sue News of the World for invasion of privacy and insists that his desire to stay FIA president is supported by his allies who believe his private life “is not relevant to my work”.
“I am grateful and with your support I intend to follow this advice,” he said.

That may be true in a sense, but since he is in the public eye he should stand down!
Well, Hitler obviously found a way to combine business with pleasure then…
The thing I find interesting is that according to Max it only took two weeks to turn up the dirt they did. Makes you wonder what they might find if they do any serious digging.
There are those who reckon that this is not all the evidence amassed, Steven, and that other “revelations” will be fed in at judicious moments. Max is trying to brazen it out but may not have seen the full extent of his problem as yet.
I foresee Max being done in by the “death of a thousand cuts” torture.
He is on the run, Don, and I can’t see him lasting much longer.
